Please bring the following information:
*Proof of Residency – This must be a current and original electric, gas, water bill rental agreement or a mortgage statement. (All Students)
*Copy of Immunizations and Health Statement on the TN Form (New Kindergarten and New Students to our school)
*Copy of Custody Papers/Parenting Plan (All Students - If Applicable)
*Copy of IEP or 504 Plan (New to BES Students – If Applicable)
If you do not have Proof of Residency, please inform one of the secretaries. You may need additional information to complete the registration process.
Parents will be contacted via phone on August 2nd with their child/children’s classroom teacher for the new year.
