Welcome to Art!
Here at BES, we are the best... especially in ART!
Just like we chant in class, "A-R-T is for ME!", art in my classroom is meant to be accessible to all students- any age, any knowledge level, any skill level, any ability or disability.
Throughout the year, we will learn the importance of art through knowledge and care of art materials, whether that be pencil, marker, watercolor, collage, sculpture, or even Sharpie! We will understand why artists do what they do, and how we can be artists too. We will explore different materials, art history movements, and develop our voice through experimentation. Join us as we become the best artists we can be!
