Welcome back, Hornets!  I'm excited to see everyone very soon!  Here are a few things you'll need to know to be ready for the year:

 

1) Be sure to check Skyward on a regular basis.  You'll be able to see grades as well as missing work.  Should you need help accessing your Skyward account, please contact the front office or send me an email ([email protected])

 

2) Our distance learning platform and content can be accessed through Clever.  Log-in credentials are the same as the previous year and will be the same as your child uses to log onto the school computers.  The Kiddom icon, our distance learning platform, is red with a white K.  This is where all of our assignments will be housed.

 

3) Keep an eye on our website for more distance learning information.

 

4) I've added everyone to our Class Dojo page.  Please let me know if you have difficulty accessing our class.

A few notes about the COVID-19 Resources:

1) These resources are optional.

2) In order to receive feedback, please make sure that your child is submitting his/her work to us.  The digital resources should have a "submit" or "turn-in" button to click at the top and/or bottom the pages.

3) Some of the math sorts provide immediate feedback.  There will be a note on the assignment that lets you know it provides immediate feedback.

4) Feedback is sent to students on the same platform through which the assignment was completed. (Brainpop, TEAMS, Padlet, etc.)  You must go back to the assignment to view the feedback.
